Former Advisor to the Group President of Tupperware Brands, Asia Pacific, involved in strategy, business model transformation & leadership development, responsible for mentoring of the Managing Director of Nutrimetics Australia/NZ & the Managing Directors of Tupperware in Australia/NZ, the Philippines, India, Korea & Malaysia.  Before this he was the Area Vice President of Tupperware Brands Corporation, South East Markets as well as the Managing Director for Tupperware Malaysia & Singapore. As MD, he steered the company to significant revenue & profit growth with Tupperware Worldwide ranking of No 7 in sales & No. 6 in profit & one of the most profitable in the industry in Malaysia.

The calling to the corporate world enabled David to integrate his faith & work & positioned him to incorporate Kingdom principles into Tupperware Malaysia/Singapore company’s Values & business practices. Subsequently he founded the Business & Professionals Ministry which aims to help businessmen & professionals live out Kingdom values, succeed in business ethically & make an impact in the marketplace.

Currently he focuses on mentoring emerging entrepreneurs & professionals in their businesses & careers as well as helps young couples in their marriage, life & ministry. He also teaches a course at the Encubator Emmaus business school that equips young Christian business startups as well as speaks often at marketplace conferences, seminars, workshops & church retreats.
