Rodney Olsen is a husband, father, cyclist & podcaster. He has over 25 years of professional media experience working at Perth’s media ministry, Sonshine FM, as well as other full time ministry positions for organisations such as Compassion Australia & the Bible Society.

 

In the past, Rodney has also been a consultant & writer on two television programs, screened on the Seven & Ten Networks. He is a keen cyclist who has crossed Australia six times by bicycle, as well as cycling in Canada & making two cycling trips in India.

 

He says he works at Sonshine FM because he believes so passionately in the ministry’s vision, “To engage the people of Western Australia with the positive message of hope in Jesus Christ.”

 

Part of his excitement is in broadening Sonshine’s reach & increasing opportunities to serve local churches.
