Ps Meng How Teo is a founding member of City Harvest Church (CHC) in Singapore. The church started in 1989 with 20 people & has since grown to more than 20,000 members. He has been involved in pastoral ministry for 10 years before switching to head the Administration, Human Resources & Business Development of the church as the Director of Administration, which included drafting policies & ensuring the smooth operations of the 200 full-time staff in CHC.
 
Missions has always been a part of Meng-How. He has travelled all over Asia & spoken in countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Myanmar, the Philippines, Hong Kong & China, as well as Papua New Guinea, Australia, the Netherlands and America. He preaches passionately about God’s giftings & the relevance of the church & has personally led in many humanitarian relief efforts in Indonesia, China & Haiti.
