Slick like Harvey Specter but raps with the best of them, lawyer turned rapper, SIMBA MAK, traded his suit & tie for a career in music as a top tier Christian artist. Based in Melbourne where he’s practised as a lawyer for over five years, SIMBA MAK is constantly show-bound & is fast becoming one of Australian hip hop’s finest emerging talents.

SIMBA MAK is an artist who has always embraced duality, particularly when it pertains to career & vocation. In the last few years whilst juggling between the corporate & urban scenes, he has been diligently sharpening his skills as an MC, insightful lyricist & all-in-all transfixing communicator. Gradually, he has carved his own lane through his feel good, gospel-influenced inspirational up-tempo & soulful rap, articulating his life’s journey from Zimbabwe to Australia & exploring everyday themes that relate to anybody with a desire to dream in spite of their background.

SIMBA MAK has toured all over Australia performing in front of thousands at Hisense Arena (Melbourne) as a headliner at Youth Alive's Main Events throughout 2011 - 2017 (including public & private school tours in Melbourne, Sydney & Perth), Federation Square (Melbourne) headlining the Nelson Mandela Concert in 2017 & City of Melbourne's New Year's Eve Concert, Immigration Museum (Melbourne headlining at The Lord Mayor's Welcome 2018), Astor Theatre (Perth), the Parachute Festival in New Zealand, Zion Praise Harvest's Search For A Star, Global Day of Prayer, Hillsong Melbourne's Launch & Maurice Blackburn Lawyers Corporate Events Launches at Crown Melbourne & Sydney. SIMBA's music has also been embraced in Asia & the USA where his music has been included on a Grammy nominate compilation album.
